Food is the most powerful “drug” you can put in your body and is a simple way to restore balance.

1. Broccoli
Steam it. Add some flavor like a touch of Parmesan cheese, a little minced garlic or just a touch of fresh lemon juice. You’ll get a lot of vitamin C, K, folic acid and also carotenoids.
2. Watermelon
Once again, a superfood loaded with a ton of vitamin A and vitamin C, as well as potassium. Watermelon also contains a good dose of lycopene.

Yes, this one is obvious but how many people are really getting enough leafy greens in their daily diet? Are you? Come on, really?
